The Position is based in Bangkok and open for Thai Citizen as well all other Asian Nationalities who are already based in Thailand or in any of the surrounding Countries.
Required Abilities/Skills
The Director of Sales must demonstrate strong sales expertise encompassing positioning, strategic pricing, creativity skills, yield and account management skills . Former Experiences with Global Operating Chain Hotels .The Preference is given to Candidates with the specific knowledge and Expertise in Resort Operations
The Incumbent will be in Charge for 2 Properties 4*/5* Resort . Both Properties are well established over many Years with excellent Guest Comments and many Returning Guest .
Furthermore Strong Account Management capabilities - Reviewing sales strategies and develop-propose new account management philosophy to General Manager. Excellent knowledge of performance measurement. Strong understanding of Revenue Management-Proven Achievements in maximizing Rev PAR and all other Revenues . Required is strong experience and skills in segment management .
Priority will be given to a Team Player who have really proven Leadership qualities combined with the Motivational Factor are essential as are a strategic, logical and analytical mindset, and the ability to implement and generate Rev/Occ in a Timely Manner as per Budget Guide Lines |
